  • Confirmation of Jury Service - Please call the Jury Information Line at 719-589-7679 starting at 5:00 p.m. the business day prior to your reporting date, as information can change.

  • Fill out the bottom portion of your Juror Questionnaire form and bring the entire summons with you when you report.

  • Make arrangements beforehand for childcare (you can’t bring kids with you for jury service).

  • If you need to provide proof of jury service, the bailiff can give you information on how to access a certificate of service, which will show the number of days that you appeared. It may take up to 48 hours after jury selection for the certificate to appear.

  • Be prepared to go through security screening. All items brought into the courthouse are subject to search.

  • You are allowed to bring water in a clear plastic container. All other beverages or food items are not allowed in the courtrooms.

    • Postponement or Disqualification Requests - All requests must be made 5 business days in advance. For the quickest response, please go to the link above and fill out the request online. If you need to provide supporting documents for your request, you can email them to alamosajury@judicial.state.co.us. Make sure you reference your name, juror #, and county on all emails to prevent a delay in the response.

      **Please make sure to read the section of your summons that says "Important Please Read" in case there is additional information regarding your service.
